Privacy notice

The Creator Side is run by Cleared Technologies Ltd (company number 17301695), registered in England and Wales. We're the data controller for what you send us. Questions or requests: hello@thecreatorside.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, so we can send your report.
- Your answers to our questions, any notes you write, and any screenshots or documents you upload.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider handles to keep the site secure (for example IP address, kept only in short-term security logs).
What you send may show that you work as an adult content creator. The law treats this as sensitive information, so we only use it with your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the consent box.
What we use it for
- To write and send your report. We use an AI service to help draft reports, and a person checks every report before it's sent.
- If you tick the optional updates box, to tell you when verified agencies and new tools are ready. You can unsubscribe any time.
- To build anonymous statistics about creator deals (for example typical agency splits). These never include your email, your notes, names or files.
We never sell your data, share it with agencies, or contact anyone about you.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded files: deleted as soon as your report is sent, and never kept longer than 14 days.
- Your email and answers: deleted when your report is sent, unless you ticked the updates box. Then we keep only your email until you unsubscribe.
- Anonymous statistics: kept, as they can't identify you.
Who handles it for us
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service: website hosting and storage (based in the EU), an AI service that helps us draft reports, and email. They only use your data to do this for us, never for their own purposes. Ask us if you'd like their names.
Where any data is handled outside the UK, it's protected by approved safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did before. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Not legal advice
Our reports are a guide to help you understand your deal and ask the right questions. They aren't legal advice. For a binding view on a contract, speak to a solicitor.
